An egotistical Oni who is a local Samurai in her village. She is the only one of her kind in her world, being a Red Oni falls under passion, wildness, and defiance. Au is very passionate about her swordsmanship and her beliefs. She is shunned in her village due to her wild nature. Instead of being calm minded and respectful to higher ranks she is rambunctious and defiant to them which lands her in constant trouble.

This has led Au to distance herself from the village and protect it from the outskirts, living in a small cottage near their shrine.

One night, while lamenting her distance from her people, Au stumbled upon the crash site of an AVINADAL adventurer. After speaking to them and being introduced to the concept of space travel, she decided to join the organization and broaden her horizons beyond that of her people in search of somewhere to belong.
